At the Institute, we take a unique approach to discipleship.  Our goal is that every student would understand all the aspects of discipleship.  Therefore, we teach the Paul-Timothy-Barnabas principle.

Paul

We place each student in a small group of 4 or 5 students where they are intentionally mentored and held accountable by an older Christian.

Timothy

Each student will then become a Paul and have Timothys in the community that they are discipling.  These groups are from 1 or 2 kids all the way to 10 with the purpose of taking high school and junior high kids into a deeper relationship with the Lord Jesus.

Barnabas

Each student will be surrounded by like-minded Christians that will encourage them in their relationship with the Lord just as Barnabas encouraged Paul in his ministry.
