Since most Institute students are not from Branson, community families stand in and adopt our students, providing them with a home away from home.  It’s a great chance to serve one another.  Students often attend sporting events and activities in which the family is involved, offer to help with carpools, and form meaningful relationships with the family members.  Families often invite students to occasional meals or family functions and act as a local, available support system.  It’s a great opportunity to join the Branson community and enjoy a change of scenery as you unite with  a new family!  Students and families often form very special friendships through this aspect of the program.
