He became very involved in a church plant called New Life Celebration in Dolton, Illinois.  During his time there he served as Marriage Ministry Director, Youth Pastor, and was on the Executive Church Board. For three years he filled the role of Administrative Pastor. His passion for the lost and hurting led him in 1996 to leave corporate America to serve as the Executive Director for Sunshine Gospel Ministries. In 2001, Dana felt God calling him to leave the city and move to Branson, Missouri to serve as the Executive Director of Kids Across America Christian Sports Camp, where he continues to serve today.

Dana is a dynamic preacher of the Gospel, and also a conference, and seminar speaker. He has been the feature story in both Power for Living and Single Parent Family magazines.
