Welcome to the Kanakuk Institute website. If you have never been to our web site before then you may not know a lot about us.
The Kanakuk Institute is a 501 (c)(3) organization that was started in May of 2001 with the purpose of "equipping young men and women with Biblical skills for a lifetime of ministy." Over the past seven years we have been able to train over 400 college graduates, preparing them to make a significant and sustained impact in the lives of people regardless of their specific occupation. Institute grads include leading business men, teachers, youth ministry leaders, missionaries, and coaches spread out across America and the world.

What makes the Institute unique ? The Institute is much more than a degree or a set of
classes. It is an all-encompassing discipleship program that aims to develop complete
people who are passionate followers of Jesus Christ. Our class time is just the beginning of
the program. We desire to develop our students' character and integrity as we prepare them
to be ministers of the gospel, better employees, effective parents, caring friends, and husbands
and wives with a firm commitment to one another and the Lord.
How does this effect me ? These students will prayerfully be coming to your town to
work and minister to your family and your kids. We want to radically transform today's
families and the youth of America for the cause of Jesus Christ, and it starts with these key
college graduates that are being trained and equipped for the battle ahead of them.
How do I get involved ? Easy. Become a partner with us to make a difference in the
world. It costs us approximately $16,000 to properly and effectively train each student.
Most students could never afford to pay that especially after completing a 4-year college
education. Therefore, I have committed to go out and find partners that will "adopt" a
student. We require our students to pay $9,250 in tuition. We are looking for families
that would be willing to "adopt" our students by graciously providing approximately a
$7,000 scholarship that would enable them to be trained to make a difference in the lives
of kids. Would you consider praying with your family about making this commitment?
