The Kanakuk Institute is a 501(c)(3) that was established in May of 2001 for the purpose of “Equipping college graduates with Biblical skills for a Lifetime of Ministry.”  After five years of training, we are accomplishing just that.  We have had one hundred and thirty-one students come through our program and currently have forty-seven enrolled in this year’s class.

As you can see, over two-thirds of Institute graduates are now working in full-time, vocational ministry.  We are also excited to see that the other third have chosen to work in marketplace ministry or are furthering their education.

The Kanakuk Institute desires to train students to make a significant and sustaining impact in the lives of youth across the world.  However, we are unable to properly train these students without faithful partners of our ministry.  Every student that attends the Institute receives a scholarship to cover a portion of what it costs to put him or her through the program.  Here is how it breaks down:
