Joey is the assistant to Chris Hlavacek, Director of Finance, and the on-site Kauai staff gal. Joey moved to Branson in August of 2007 to attend the Kanakuk Institute, which was definitely the best year of her life! She is from Wheaton, Illinois and graduated from Wheaton College in 2007 with a BA in Christian Formation and Ministry. During her time at Wheaton she was involved with Discipleship Small Groups and has a passion for helping others grow in their relationship with Christ. Joey is so excited to be a part of the Kanakuk Institute staff, and live with the students at K-Kauai!!
